This tool guides you through a self-assessment of your building’s systems. A building condition report will be generated that compares the financial condition of the building and building systems so you can better determine the budgetary needs of the building. It willl help you determine whether or not your strategic vision relates to building functionality, process effectiveness, employee retention, customer satisfaction and community relations. This assessment can also help determine if the building has any imminent danger scenarios and whether or not existing building complaints are justified related to “an ineffective building”.
